Vaucluse

Terrey Hills

This property was a complete style project, as the property was vacant. The home had a subtle Asian influence in some on its architecture, which I drew upon for inspiration when selecting the furniture and accessories. The property SOLD within 10 days for a location record.

5 ENQUIRES IN THE FIRST HOUR OF BEING LISTED!! 2 CONTRACTS OUT AT THE FIRST OPEN FOR INSPECTION What can I say… I am so happy for the owner

Greenwich

Bondi Beach

This is an example of a property that I used the majority of the clients furniture, and then further enhanced the home with hired accessories such as side tables, lamps, beds, bed linen, scatter cushions and accessories.

Paddington

This property was a consultation for the client. They did not want to hire furniture, but wanted advise how to best present their home to show it at its best. Whilst they did not implement all my suggestions, they did most of what I advised. The property was sold prior to auction.

Darling Point

One thing I really wanted to emphasise with the inner city unit is the large outdoor garden area that adjoined. It is quite unique to find this so close to the city and in a unit! This was achieved by using a large mirror in the dining room along with removing a lounge in the bedroom that was blocking your view out to the garden .

Manly

I received a call from one of my agents. HELP. The client wanted to rent this amazing unit however there was so much furniture you couldnt move from room to room. The brief was to make the most of what the client had, arrange storage for furniture and personal items not required for styling and finally Style the unit.

North Sydney

Seaforth

Another example of a property that I used mostly the clients furniture, however a couple of rooms were hired completely. The other rooms in the house were bought to life by hired accessories such as scatter cushions, art, lamps, occasional chairs and side tables.

Bilgola

Strathfield

Surry Hills

This project was an exciting challange. My client who is a large commercial developer needed what we would be called in the building game a green room, (an empty room, no floor coverings, ceiling lights and only 2 power points). They required a sales office for potential purchases to view plans of the proposed units. This installation was only required for 2 weeks, with the room needing to be reinstated back to its original condition. The comments from all concerned were that I had exceeded what they believed possible for a temporary two week installation.

Church Point

Situated in Sydney\'s Northern Beaches is the peaceful suburb of Church Point. It was important to emphasise the beauty of the surrounding area in this 2 bedroom unit. Removing old curtains and updating with a new coat of paint and new light switch fixtures transformed the feel. The owners are ecstatic with the outcome and nothing makes me happier

Above is a brief portfolio of some of the homes I have done Property Styling in Sydney for.
